Please note it can take up to 10 - 14 working days to arrive.
Please make sure that you use an address where there is someone able to sign for your artwork. All prints are sent tracked and will need a signature.
These prints are carefully packed by hand, placed into stout packaging and then dispatched from the UK using a tracked courier service. All of our deliveries are tracked; a signature will be required on delivery.
A note about despatch:- Our packing and postage system means that despatch does not necessarily occur the next day after you order. Therefore there may be a longer than expected wait for your parcel to arrive.
How do I make a payment?
Payment is made via PayPal.
Your card details are held only by PayPal and your bank; not by the Slowly Downward Manufactory.
You do not need an account with PayPal to make a payment, they accept most Debit or Credit cards
All prices displayed are in pounds sterling. To change the currency click on your preferred currency at the top left of the page. Please note that these are for your guidance only as there may be slight variations between the amount displayed and the amount you are billed.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices are inclusive of VAT. If you would like a VAT receipt please email us with your order details.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries. Please contact us if your country is not included on the drop-down menu.
I have placed my order but would like to change the delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact us, including your order number, name and address and if the item as not already been dispatched we will do our best to amend the delivery address for your order.
When will I receive my order?
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 10 days of ordering and most deliveries will arrive next day to all UK addresses, 3-4 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the World.
Has my order been shipped yet?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this. You can also log in to your account to see its status.
I have not received my item. What should I do?
Please contact us with your name and order number. Don't panic. We will do our best to find out what's happened.
Will you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your work address.
Will you deliver to a PO box address?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a PO box address.
Will I be charged for customs and import fees?
You should be aware that you may be liable to pay import taxes and/or duties if the value of the shipment is over your national import threshold.
